Aaron S. Adler, a founding member of Adler Wellikoff, has spent much of his legal career counseling and advising companies and individuals on corporate, finance and real estate matters. Aaron has broad experience negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, operating, partnership and shareholder agreements, loan and financing agreements, vendor agreements, out-sourcing agreements, purchase orders, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, separation agreements and life settlement agreements. He also counsels clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, entity formation, regulatory matters, life settlement transactions, sudden wealth management, title insurance and acts as an adviser on day-to-day issues that naturally arise in any venture or for high-net worth individuals or families. Prior to forming Adler Wellikoff, Aaron worked as an in-house attorney at Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE: OCN) in West Palm Beach and Emergent Capital, Inc. (NYSE: EMG) in Boca Raton and was an associate attorney at the international law firms of Latham & Watkins in New York and Reed Smith in Pennsylvania. He also worked on the “business-side”, as a Development Partner at the Hanover Company in Texas, focused on the development of multi-family and mixed- use projects, and at LNR Property in Miami, where he focused on commercial mortgage loan work-outs.

Aaron is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and Pennsylvania, is a licensed real estate broker in all three states and lives in Boca Raton with his wife and two children. He is an active board member at the Adolph and Rose Levis Jewish Community Center, Co- Chairman of the Paul Markhoff 5K Racing Series and a former Pennsylvania state swimming champion.
