Description Courtney is an associate in our Health Law department. Prior to joining O & A, she was clerk for Federal Magistrate Judge Daniel J. Stewart of the Northern District of New York. During law school, Courtney clerked at the Albany law firm Phelan, Phelan & Danek, the New York State Worker’s Compensation Board, and the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. She also interned with the New York State Bar Association’s Health Law section, during which time she authored the NYSBA Health law Journal article, Findings on Telemedicine and Medical Malpractice in New York. She holds a certificate in U.S. Health Care Compliance from Seton Hall School of Law. Courtney currently as member of New York State Bar Association Health Law Section’s E-Health Clinical Records and Data Exchange Project.
