Nicholas (“Nick”) graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he achieved the Dean’s List on four separate occasions. Nick was also a member of the Gonzaga Law Review during his time in Law School. He gained invaluable experience while interning with the Honorable Lloyd D. George., a Federal District Court Judge in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Here, he learned oral and written advocacy from the perspective of a judge, which has proved to be critical in his everyday practice. Nick also gained experience working as a summer intern for one of the larger firms in Las Vegas, and at a Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic during his education at Gonzaga School of Law.

Upon graduation, Nick worked at a civil litigation insurance defense firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. This experience proved to be instrumental in developing his skills and advocacy representing clients against major insurance companies who continually deny and belittle legitimate personal injury claims. Although his nine-month stint working for the insurance company was brief, it was enough to learn: 1) he was on the wrong side; and 2) how insurance companies analyze and evaluate claims.

Nick spent the next two years at a personal injury firm in Las Vegas, honing his craft, and increasing his ability to achieve justice for his clients. He settled millions of dollars in for his clients throughout the pre-litigation and litigation during his time in Las Vegas.

Nick brings the skill, experience, and knowledge that can be obtained only through hard fought battles in court, motions, mediations, and depositions. More importantly, he understands how difficult a crash, fall, or injury can be in your life. He is committed to helping you obtain justice in the most efficient manner possible.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, exercising, enjoying the greater Charlotte area, participating at his church, and being a part of the community.
