Penn Bain is an associate of Sevila, Saunders, Huddleston & White, P.C. Mr. Bain is a native of Leesburg, Virginia, and graduated from Loudoun County High School. He began his legal career as a prosecutor. Mr. Bain served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Henrico County and Loudoun County for five years. He handled a wide range of criminal cases including violent crimes, financial crimes, and DUI/DWI. Between college and law school, Mr. Bain served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and was deployed overseas. Mr. Bain’s practice emphasizes criminal and traffic matters, family law, and civil litigation. He currently serves in a leadership position with the Loudoun County Bar Association and volunteers as a mentor with the Law Camp program. |
