Kevin practices primarily litigation with the firm and represents both plaintiffs and defendants. Clients that he has represented include The City of Panama City, Corrections Corporation of America, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, United Fire Insurance Company and Northwest Florida Surgery Center. Kevin also represents businesses, physicians, and injured persons in a wide range of matters in state and federal court, including negligence, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death actions. Additionally, Kevin represents individuals who have been arrested and charged criminally.

Prior to working for Bryant and Higby, Kevin was an Assistant State Attorney for three years. As an Assistant State Attorney, Kevin successfully prosecuted many serious criminal cases and gained invaluable jury trial experience. Kevin also held internship positions at the Bay County Courthouse and Burke, Blue, Hutchinson, Walters, and Smith.

Kevin was born and raised in Panama City, Florida. He is married and lives in the Cove neighborhood with his wife, Heidi. Kevin participates in many civic, legal and charitable organizations. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida, a member of the Bay County Bar Association, St. Andrews Bay American Inn of Court, the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and serves as the 14th Judicial Circuit’s Representative on the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyer Division Board of Governors. Kevin is also a Founding Member of the Chautauqua Learn and Serve Charter School.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, boating to Shell Island, golfing, watching college football, and traveling.
