Selecting a lawyer for your own or a loved one’s malpractice case is a very personal decision. In the final analysis, I believe it involves feeling comfortable and having confidence that the lawyer possesses the qualities which you deem important in making that decision. If you chose my office, you will find I follow two overarching principles:

(1) Preparation and (2) Attention to detail.

Because I have been practicing since 1977, preparation of a case for trial or settlement is second nature to me. It is something I do not only for my clients, but also for myself. I have an avid interest in the art and craft of preparing a case for trial and in trying cases. Attention to detail allows me to be creative in presenting my client’s case before a jury.

My preparation as a trial lawyer has come by way many years of training. I have been Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney since 2005 by the New Jersey Supreme Court which included the passing of a proficiency examination and the submission and information allowing the Board of Attorney Certification to reach out to adversaries and judges before approving my Certification. I have been peer reviewed by Martindale Hubbell for ethics and legal ability. I have achieved an AV Preeminent rating which is the highest rating. I have also been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in 2012-2014. I have incurred recognition by Top Attorneys in New Jersey, published in April, 20 14. Most recently I have been recognized by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel’s – Nation’s Top One Percent in 2015.

Within the last year alone, I have resolved cases or tried cases to conclusion which included settlements or verdicts of $350,000.00, $700,000.00, and $1,250,000.00 in medical malpractice cases. I look forward to representing you or your loved one if you seek my counsel.
