I am an experienced trial attorney and litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury defense, general civil and trial practice, insurance coverage law, insurance defense, family law, and traffic citations. My family law practice includes cases involving paternity, divorce, uncontested divorce, child custody and modification, child support and modification, child visitation and modification, estate planning, and wills and trusts. I have experience in all facets of the legal system, including bench trials, jury trials, mediation and civil appeals. I have received the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, awarded to only those lawyers with the highest ethical standards and professional ability, as well as the Client Champion Silver Award.

Originally from South Carolina, I moved to White Hall, Arkansas with my family to attend high school. I remained in Arkansas and received my Bachelor’s degree in History, with a minor in Political Science, from Henderson State University in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude while working nights. I then immediately entered law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas where I graduated in 2008. I have been licensed to practice law before the Arkansas Supreme Court since 2008. I was admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 2009 and then before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas in 2011.

I have lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2008, now with my wife and child.
