Jeff Berg is a shareholder and Chair of the Family Law practice group at Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. With more than 30 years of experience, he focuses his legal practice on advising clients on matters relating to:·

His practice is concentrated on helping individuals and families overcome situations of divorce or legal separation with their best interests in mind. In this capacity, he assists clients with child custody issues before and after marriage dissolution; paternity; and establishing child support, parental rights, and visitation. He also has significant experience resolving issues related to spousal maintenance, property valuation and division, and the terms set forth in a couple’s antenuptial agreements. If necessary, he can assist in obtaining a harassment restraining order against a spouse.

As a complement to his practice, Jeff offers clients mediation services, having extensive experience mediating family matters, employment issues, business disputes, construction matters and commercial litigation. He is admitted to represent clients before Minnesota state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.

He received his B.A., cum laude, from Hamline University, and his law degree from Hamline School of Law. Jeff joined Henningson & Snoxell in 1999 after merging his private family law practice with the firm. He lives with his wife and son in Maple Grove. In his free time, Jeff enjoys high adventure camping, coaching, golfing, skiing, sailing, snowmobiling, scouting, and other activities with his family.
