Josh graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2012. Josh enjoys working with clients to plan for the future and helping them through difficult times. To that end, he has focused his practice on estate planning, probate, business planning and family law. Josh also has extensive experience in collections work and has engaged in litigation in Circuit Courts all across Central and Eastern Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association and has been admitted to practice law before all Kentucky State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. In 2017, Josh was inducted into the National Association of Family Law Attorneys Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under Forty in Kentucky. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping up with the latest technology news, fishing and spending time with his wife and their two dogs. |
