I am a criminal defense lawyer with over 42 years of experience. I started as an Assistant United States Attorney in New York and San Francisco and then practiced with a boutique white collar criminal defense firm in New York City for 12 years. Since 1992 I have practiced criminal and white collar criminal defense from my current office in Portland Maine throughout the federal courts in Northern New England. As a result, I have the experience and judgment to assist my clients effectively, deal with difficult problems, and creatively resolve challenging circumstances.
