Originally founded as William Douglas Bloodworth II, Attorney and Counselor at Law, in 1992. William Douglas Bloodworth II, has operated offices in Livingston, Polk County Texas and maintains offices in The Woodlands, Conroe, and Huntsville, Texas.

Since opening in 1992, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. William D. Bloodworth II, founding member and Manager of the Firm, attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University and earned a B.S. degree in Pastoral Ministry. Mr. Bloodworth attended Regent University School of Law, and earned a Juris Doctor Degree in 1992. Mr. Bloodworth was licensed to practice law in 1992 and is also admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
