I am an experienced Estate Attorney who has spent more than thirty years representing clients in the Courtroom and conference and board rooms. Serving as Chairperson of the Bucks County Bar Association Orphans’ Court Section for two terms and being appointed by Judges of Bucks County as Guardian of many elderly persons has given me a unique perspective and insight into their needs. I have practiced law in Doylestown, Pennsylvania for 35 years. Additionally, I have served as Law Clerk for the President Judge of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, taught a course at Bucks County Community College on Wills and Estates, and served on the Editorial Board of the local newspaper, The Intelligencer. I was elected to and served a four-year term as a Doylestown Borough Councilwoman, and had the honor of being appointed by the Governor of Pennsylvania as Chairperson of Bucks County Court Judges Nominating Committee. Currently, Melissa serves as a Trustee of Bucks County Historical Society and the President’s Advisory Board of Delaware Valley University.
