Ms. Boring was a member of Ohio Northern University’s Law Review, as staff and associate editor. While at Ohio Northern, Ms. Boring participated in a clinic program in which she worked with the Public Defender’s Office. Ms. Boring subsequently passed State Bar examinations for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
