Carly A. Boyd joined Laubacher & Company in 2016 and focuses her practice on all aspects of family law including divorce, dissolution, prenuptial agreements, establishment of parental rights and responsibilities, child support, and property division.During her time in practice she has been an advocate for her clients and pursues groundbreaking legal arguments. Carly has represented victims of domestic violence and negotiated parenting plans to meet each family’s specific situation. In addition, Carly advocates to advance the parental rights of same-sex parents in divorce proceedings. She has experience in both negotiations and at trial in all manner of issues before domestic relations and juvenile courts in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties.Carly sits on the Executive Board of The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club and is the Campus Wellness Advisor for Alpha Gama Delta at Case Western Reserve University. Outside of her professional career, Carly participates in Cleveland PFLAG as an ally/family member. Carly grew up in Dublin, Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science, Journalism degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University.
