Sarah J. Broder joined Reinstein, Glackin & Herriott, LLC as an associate attorney in 2013.

Sarah has focused on family law matters, including divorce, support and child custody, from the time she was admitted to the Maryland bar, but she has since expanded her practice into probate administration and estate planning, including the preparation of wills, advanced directives, powers of attorney and trusts. Sarah also regularly handles family law appeals from any jurisdiction within the State of Maryland and works with her colleague, Maureen Glackin, in assisting clients with the preparation and submission of QDROs and other non-qualified retirement orders, including orders to divide both military and Federal Government pensions.

In 2017, Sarah enrolled in a graduate tax program through the University of Baltimore School of Law. Upon completion of the program, which Sarah expects will occur in 2019, she will receive an L.L.M. in Taxation along with a Certificate in Estate Planning.

Sarah’s practice is client-centered and she is dedicated to providing exquisite legal services through all phases of representation, while maintaining the highest professional standards. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Delaware, in Newark, Delaware, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. Sarah subsequently attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While in law school, Sarah served as an editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review.

After earning her J.D., Sarah returned to Montgomery County, Maryland, where she was raised. With offices in Bowie and Rockville, Sarah practices in several counties throughout Maryland, including Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick, Prince George’s, Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s.

Sarah has been named a Rising Star by Maryland and Washington D.C. Super Lawyers Magazine for 2015 through 2018 for her work in family law.
