Philip Broderick assists clients with real estate and business law disputes and transactions. Mr. Broderick’s practice includes commercial real estate disputes including those related to commercial landlord and tenant leases. In additional to his real estate and commercial litigation practice, Mr. Broderick’s litigation experience includes representing individuals opposite of insurance companies. He has extensive experience working on "bad faith" insurance cases where the insurer’s conduct became unfair insurance practices. He has investigated and brought suits on matters involving unfair and deceptive practices.

Mr. Broderick’s practice with The Weaver Law Firm includes general contract disputes, collections, employment disputes, non-compete disputes, business owner disputes, business start-up and business dissolution. Mr. Broderick enjoys working closely with clients to outline an aggressive and detailed strategy for litigation and pre-litigation purposes.

He attained his law degree from the Louisiana State University and obtained has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
