Mr. Burke clerked for Ginsberg & O’Connor while attending law school at Widener University School of Law from 2009 – 2012. Following graduation, Mr . Burke was privileged to have the opportunity to work as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Walter L. Marshall, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, Gloucester County. Mr. Burke was hired as a full time associate at Ginsberg & O’Connor in August of 2013. He handles a large portion of the firm’s municipal court matters and appears frequently in municipal courts throughout New Jersey for DWI/DUI offenses, traffic offenses, criminal offenses adjudicated in municipal court, and municipal ordinance violations. Mr. Burke also practices and is available for consultation in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. |
