Steve is an experienced real estate and business attorney with over 25 years of experience successfully representing clients in business start ups and acquisitions and real estate investments, developments and management including acquisition, financing, construction and asset management. Steve has unique experience in real estate Master Planned communities and permitting and licensing wineries, vineyard acquisition and water right transfers.

Personal:

Steve and his wife Pam are long time residents of Pierce County and have three children. Steve is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, cycling, salmon fishing and golf.

Education:

Steve graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Economics in 1975, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1982. Steve was a member of the National Moot Court Competition Team and was awarded membership in the National Order of Barristers.
