Morgan Carroll is an attorney with McMickle, Kurey & Branch, LLC with extensive experience as a litigator and an insurance professional. Morgan focuses her practice on representing insurance companies in coverage litigation and defending insureds and corporations in a wide range of matters.

Morgan has successfully represented insurers in all phases of litigation, addressing issues arising from a variety of coverage areas and forms, including commercial general liability, commercial auto, umbrella, excess, professional liability and commercial property. She regularly opines on issues related to claims handling and bad faith. Morgan has also conducted large-scale coverage form reviews for insurers.

On the civil defense side, Morgan represents insurers and corporations against claims involving premises liability, products liability, personal injury, automobile liability, property damage, toxic exposure and professional liability.

Though she has specialized in insurance litigation for the past seven years, Morgan has an extensive insurance background, beginning before she entered the practice of law. She obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2003. Before and during law school, Morgan developed valuable insurance experience working as a Senior Claims Specialist for a large Excess and Surplus Lines insurance carrier, handling a variety of high exposure primary general liability, umbrella/excess liability and professional liability claims. Morgan received her law degree from John Marshall Law School in 2008. She also holds Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.

Morgan is a Georgia native. She resides in Roswell, Georgia with her husband, Mark, and their three children. In 2017, Morgan moved her practice from midtown Atlanta to McMickle, Kurey and Branch to focus on her specialty closer to her hometown.
