Craig M. Cepler graduated from Cornell University and New York University School of Law. Craig began his career at Kaye Scholer LLP and then served as a law clerk to Judge Warren W. Eginton of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and Judge Vincent L. Briccetti of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.As an associate at Kaye Scholer, Craig represented the Future Claimants’ Representative in the asbestos-related Chapter 11 reorganization case of Owens Corning and the receiver for failed hedge funds. He also represented Chapter 11 debtors in two bankruptcy matters. Finally, he has argued before the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, on behalf of criminal defendants appealing their convictions.While in law school, Craig served as teaching assistant for New York University President John Sexton and as research assistant for Professor Clayton Gillette.Craig is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Districts of Connecticut and New Jersey. He is an active member of the Federal Bar Council’s Program Committee. Craig lives in White Plains, New York with his wife and daughters.
