Cristelle Conanan was born and raised in Southern California. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley, Cristelle obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During law school, she clerked for various public interest organizations including Public Counsel, the sister organization of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and the National Lawyers Guild, as well as private civil litigation and consulting firms. Cristelle began practicing family law exclusively in 2000 at a large family law firm in the South Bay, and continued practicing family law after relocating to the East Bay in 2003. Her work in the public interest sector and experience in family law represents her commitment to providing effective and efficient representation for her clients. She has handled a wide range of family law cases regarding divorce, parentage, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence. Cristelle is a member of the Contra Costa County and Alameda County Bar Associations.
