Courtney L. Cove focuses 100% of her practice on helping those who have been injured: She has experience handling claims involving auto accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability, and other personal injury matters. Courtney understands the impact injury can have on a person and their family and works hard for her clients to hold those responsible accountable.

Courtney received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2003, graduating cum laude. She then worked in various aspects of commercial real estate before beginning law school at William Mitchell College of Law in 2009 where she was selected to be part of the college’s honors program. While at William Mitchell, Courtney gained experience as an apprentice for a First District Judge, a clerk for the Wright County Public Defender’s office, and a clerk with a Minneapolis criminal defense firm. Courtney received recognition for her public service, volunteering with the Minnesota Justice Foundation, Youthlink Legal Clinic for Homeless Youth, Exploring Justice Program, and other community organizations. She was also the vice president of the Child Advocacy Coalition. Courtney received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2012. Prior to joining Fay & Associates, LLC, Courtney worked on personal injury matters for another Twin Cities law firm.

When she is not working, Courtney can be found spending time with her husband, daughter, and great dane. She is an avid sports fan, enjoys camping and fishing, and spends as much time as she can on the North Shore.
