Prior to owning his own firm, Mr. Crutchfield worked for Haley, Sinagra & Perez, P.A. as a Partner and, prior to, an Associate (elected partner in 1997).

Mr. Crutchfield had the honor of serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable Wilkie D. Ferguson at the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida, Miami Florida from 1986 – 1988
