I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wayne State University, With Honors, in 1973. I then began my legal career and met my current partner at Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State School of Law) in 1973, where i graduated in the top 10% of my class in 1976, with a Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude. I am a founding partner in the law firm of Bieber & Czechowski, PLLC, where I specialize in Probate and Estate Planning, Social Security and Divorce.

I am one of the few attorneys in Macomb County that has actually handled jury trials pertaining to contested Trust and Will matters. I have represented hundreds of clients in matters pertaining to Estates, Will and Trust Contests throughout the State of Michigan. I have collected millions of dollars for clients. I recently litigated and settled a trust contest in excess of $3,000,000.00.

I am often appointed by the Probate Courts as a Guardian Ad Litem or Attorney on disputed matters. I am often called upon to sit as a Case Evaluator, Mediator and Facilitator for both District and Circuit Courts in Oakland and Macomb Counties. I have also received referrals from attorneys throughout the State of Michigan, as well as Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, Florida, California and Canada.

Hobbies

Mr. Czechowski is an avid golfer, and former Assistant Girls Golf Coach for Notre Dame Prep.
