Paul A. Dagostino is an attorney at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. working on mass tort and class action cases. Since joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Dagostino has represented plaintiffs in complex litigation, including In re General Motors LLC Ignition Switch Litigation and In re Zoloft (Sertraline Hydrochloride) Product Liability Litigation. Mr. Dagostino also handles wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases.Mr. Dagostino received his law degree from the University of Southern California, where he received a Merit Scholarship. During law school, Mr. Dagostino received the American Jurisprudence Award in both his first-year Contracts and Property classes. He also served as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Daniel Klerman’s first-year Civil Procedure class. During law school, Mr. Dagostino was a law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, Criminal Division, where he worked on a high-profile insider trading case.
