Wes specializes in commercial contract, construction, real estate, and healthcare litigation. Wes’ practice focuses on evaluating and resolving disputes through contractual negotiation and enforcement and applying innovative legal analysis. Wes has represented and obtained favorable results for a wide variety of clients, including business owners, construction contractors, real estate professionals, design professionals, insurers, and medical professionals. Wes also has extensive experience in complex business disputes addressing claims and ownership under Texas Corporations law. In addition to his extensive trial and pre-trial experience, Wes has argued more than a dozen cases in appellate courts throughout Texas.

Wes is a native Texan and received a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. Wes attended law school at George Washington University in Washington D.C., graduating in 2008. Wes earned his license to practice law in Texas in 2008 and is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Wes is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
