Lisa M. DiBernardo was born in Woodstock, New York in 1964 and received her J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1989, where she was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, she graduated cum laude in 1986 from Bucknell University where she was an Academic All-American in Division I Softball. Lisa is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has significant trial/arbitration experience in these and other arenas. In addition to general liability, automobile, product liability, insurance coverage, fraud and arson/fire losses, Lisa has practiced extensively in the areas of construction defect cases, as well as underinsured/uninsured motorist arbitration. Over the years, she has lectured on myriad topics, both locally for the Lancaster Bar Association, and regionally, for PBI, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, and PaTLA. She has been appointed by the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas to the Chairmen’s List for Judicial Arbitrations, by virtue of her trial experience.
