Background

Mary Ann has been a practicing trial lawyer for 18 years, with substantial experience representing clients in a variety of disputes including tort claims, such as products liability, personal injury and wrongful death, insurance coverage and bad faith cases, as well as general commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. In addition, Mary Ann has considerable experience with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) litigation. Mary Ann assists clients in a variety of industries from construction, to manufacturing, to retail, at all levels of OSHA proceedings, including proceedings with the state administrated OSHA programs such as those in California, North Carolina and Iowa. Mary Ann graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice and attended law school at Duquesne University Law School in Pittsburgh. Mary Ann spent several years at the law firm of Wayman, Irvin & McAuley as a trial lawyer before joining the litigation group of Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. in January of 1999. After 13 years at Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., Mary Ann jointed a few of her former partners from Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. at the firm of Cohen & Grace, LLC as a partner in January of 2012.
