After law school, I practiced with a private law firm in Lake Charles, and in 1993, founded and as litigation specialist, managed the Lake Charles House Counsel office of Allstate Insurance Company. In March of 2001, I entered solo practice. I have experience in domestic matters such as divorce, child custody, and child support. I have experience in the International law arena, having represented families all over the world in International adoption cases, and I continue to represent individuals, businesses and contractors across the state. I’ve represented both personal injury claimants and insurance companies in auto, property, workers’ compensation, health, construction, serious injury, death and chemical exposure claims. I am also a certified Civil Mediator. I have extensive litigation experience, having taken to trial hundreds of cases representing plaintiffs, defendants and insurance companies.

My Christian faith is an integral part of who I am, both as a lawyer and as a person. I am a parishioner of Christ the King Catholic Church, a Eucharistic minister, and responsible for bringing ACTS retreat movement to the Lake Charles area. I continue my involvement with ACTS (Adoration, Community, Theology and Service) as a member of Christ the King ACTS Core team and in developing the ACTS mission team for the Diocese of Lake Charles.
