Maria C. Doyle was admitted to practice in Kentucky in 1994 and worked until 1998 for a large firm in Louisville where she practiced corporate and securities law. She later moved to Maine, where she practiced for a large firm in Portland, focusing on securities and venture capital work. Ms. Doyle returned to Louisville and joined the corporate section of RWSV in 2002.

Ms. Doyle concentrates her practice in the areas of securities, venture capital, general corporate, and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented both publicly traded and closely held businesses in a variety of securities and corporate matters.

A native of Louisville, Ms. Doyle received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., in 1994. She received her B.A. in accounting, cum laude, from Bellarmine University, Louisville, in 1990. Ms. Doyle is also a certified public accountant (Kentucky, 1994).

Ms. Doyle is a member of the Kentucky, Maine, Louisville and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the American Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of CPAs. Ms. Doyle is active in the community and serves as a Trustee of the Cherokee Triangle Association.
