While an undergraduate at the University of Texas at San Antonio, Mr. Dubose was the president of the student government and of his fraternity. This leadership experience taught him how to negotiate effectively with varying interests, including the art of knowing when to compromise and when to fight. It was in those early years he learned the most important lesson, "It is always best to negotiate from strength." As an attorney, he strives to make both you and your case as strong as possible, either for a successful negotiated conclusion or for the battle of trial.
