Dan is an associate with our firm who maintains a diverse practice representing individuals, businesses, and local governments in a wide-range of legal matters and litigation. Dan has tried numerous cases to verdict in courts throughout Ohio and has successfully argued on behalf of his clients in several Ohio Courts of Appeals. Dan also has experience representing the accused in criminal cases and assisting local entrepreneurs realize their dreams by guiding them through the entity formation process.

Dan is a Canton native who earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, along with a Certificate in Litigation from The University of Akron School of Law. During law school, Dan served on the Akron Law Review Editorial Board and competed on the National Appellate Advocacy Competition Moot Court team. Dan was accepted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and recognized by the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation for his commitment to Pro Bono service. Dan also worked as a Judicial Clerk in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas.

Dan stays active in the community serving on the Board of Trustees for Voices of Canton, Inc. (VOCI), and is a member of the Stark County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Committee. Dan is also a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA), and the Stark County and Ohio State Bar Associations.
