Mr. Everitt, a native of Lancaster, graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in political science. He also holds a Master’s Degree in engineering management from Old Dominion University. He received his law degree from Capital University Law School in 2013, where he served as the vice president of the student bar association.

Prior to accepting his position at the firm, Mr. Everitt was employed locally with Rockmill Brewery as an engineer and general counsel. During law school, he worked full time as the Operations Officer at the Navy Recruiting District in Columbus where he oversaw all aspects of officer and enlisted recruiting throughout an 110,000 square mile area that covered Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Prior to graduating from law school, his career spanned 13 years of notable naval service as a nuclear trained submarine warfare officer.

Mr. Everitt is engaged in the general practice of law, with an emphasis on business and real estate matters.

Mr. Everitt is a member of the Fairfield County and Ohio State bar associations. He is actively involved in various community organizations including Lancaster Alive, The Rotary Club of Lancaster-Sherman, and is on the Board of Directors for the Fairfield Heritage Association. He resides in Lancaster with his son.
