Peter Figdor is of counsel to the Dentons New York office. He works in the areas of real estate, finance and commercial transactions.

In his real estate practice, Peter represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of office space in the midtown and downtown areas of Manhattan, as well as in Connecticut (Stamford and Greenwich), New Jersey, California, Texas, Florida, Massachusetts and other states. He also regularly handles restaurant and store leases. His leasing experience also includes subleases, lease assignments, lease cancellations, brokerage agreements, agreements with contractors, architects and designers, and other lease-related documentation and transactions. In addition to leasing, he has experience in the purchase and sale of real estate, mortgage lending, real estate finance and restructuring of real estate transactions.

In his banking and finance practice, Peter represents international banks in various types of lending and financial transactions, including term loans, revolving credit loans, syndicated loans, multi-currency facilities, secured lending and letter of credit facilities, among others. Additionally, in the corporate area, Peter has extensive experience in working on agreements relating to computer consulting and the licensing of technology and "soft goods," as well as distribution agreements, supply agreements and other similar arrangements, in both a domestic and international context.
