Mr. Flynn graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.A. and a M.A. in Communications. He earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton. Tom and his wife Gayle have been married for 37 years.

Mr. Flynn is a past president of the Manatee County Bar Association and is a member of the Florida, Ohio, and Federal Bars. Mr. Flynn is listed among the most recognized attorneys in the International Whose Who Professional Directory. Mr. Flynn too has extensive personal injury trial experience.

He also is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and is a former eagle member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Mr. Flynn was past chairman of the district ethics committee for the Florida Bar Association.

Mr. Flynn has served as president of the Parish Council of St. Joseph Catholic Church, former director of the Little League Board, past president of Manatee SOLVE, and legal advisor for the Mock Trial team at Bradenton Christian High School.
