Kathryn joined the firm in 2013 following a Clerkship with the Honorable Stephan C. Hansbury, P.J.Ch. in the Civil Part of the Law Division and in the Chancery Division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Morris County. Kathryn works in a variety of civil litigation practice areas and focuses on Labor and Employment Law with a concentration on employment discrimination, whistleblower claims, sexual harassment, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, and contract negotiation. Kathryn is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.Prior to graduating from Seton Hall Law in 2012, Kathryn worked for the firm as a Law Clerk and interned for the trial attorneys at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Newark and for the Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, U.S.M.J. in the United States District Court. Kathryn is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Sidney Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court, and the Essex County Bar Association. Prior to attending law school, Kathryn taught Fourth and Fifth Grade as a Teacher for America Corps Member in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Rutgers College with honors in 2006.
