Steven E. Foskett is a 1984 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He attended law school at North Carolina Central University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1987. He was a law clerk to Chief Judge Loren Smith of the United States Claims Court from 1987-1989. Since 1989 he has practiced law in Greensboro, North Carolina. Steve is currently serving on the board of the Bryan Park Men’s Golf Association and is a past president of the group.

Mr. Foskett has a long-standing practice of handling both court and office matters. He appears in court for you and will take care of traffic cases, driving while license revoked, DWI, and misdemeanor criminal cases. In many situations, the client will not need to appear in court as Mr. Foskett can handle the matter satisfactorily without the need of the client’s presence. He has handled thousands of traffic case in High Point and Greensboro and in the surrounding counties. Mr. Foskett also handles felony matters in District and Superior Court.

Mr. Foskett also handles Driver’s License Restoration matters. If you are charged with a DWLR, we may be able to resolve the current case and take care of the old matters so that your license can be restored. Over the years, Mr Foskett has helped many clients get back their right to drive in North Carolina.

In addition, Attorney Foskett handles divorce, child visitation, and child custody cases. These cases, except for simple divorce, require the client’s appearance for a hearing in court. Mr. Foskett has an office practice involving the closing of numerous real estate matters such as purchases and refinance. He also handles the preparation of wills and trusts and complete estate work associated with them.
