Frank O. Fox is the co-founder of The Law Firm of Fox and Fox. Mr. Fox has strengthened the firm’s concentration in the areas of Family Law, Probate, Wills, and Trusts. Mr. Fox is a certified Legal Specialist in Family Law, and has been substantially involved in the practice of Family Law, Probate, Wills and Trust for more than twenty two years. Mr Fox, as the principal counsel, has successfully represented clients in multiple matters, including, but not limited to, complex divorces, restraining orders/domestic violence proceedings, legal separation and nullity of marriage litigation; custody and visitation of children, child support, spousal support, modification of support, division of community/separate property, confirmation of separate property, contempts and/or enforcement proceedings; mediation and/or negotiation of family law disputes, psychological and counseling aspects of dissolution of marriage, paternity litigation, palimony, probate, wills, conservatorships, guardianships, estate and trust planning and other related complex civil and appellate litigation.

Mr. Fox utilizes his exceptionally high level of experience/expertise in Family Law, Probate, Wills, and Trusts, efficiently, in representing his clients. Mr. Fox is an active member of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles County, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica Bar Associations. Mr. Fox also participates in community affairs and serves as a volunteer Mediator and sits as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Mr. Fox received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985. He is also admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota and the District of Columbia and to practice before the federal courts in the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Fox is also a licensed real estate broker and notary public with the California Secretary Of State.
