Description David E. Frazer, a graduate of New York University (1985, J.D.) and Amherst College (1980, A.B., summa cum laude), has dedicated his career to representing tenants, while expanding his practice to include commercial litigation and real estate transactions. David has taken three cases all the way to the Court of Appeals, the highest court in the state. He has represented hundreds of tenants in Housing Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court as well as before administrative agencies. He has developed a particular expertise in defending the rights of loft tenants. He also represents tenants in lease negotiations. Before joining the firm in 1997, David was a partner at Smollens Guralnick & Frazer, LLP.
