Troy Froderman has represented corporate policyholders in business disputes with insurance carriers for more than 20 years. His practice extends to a multitude of insurance lines, and he litigates cases for corporate policyholders on a national and multinational basis. Troy chairs the firm’s Insurance Recovery practice and co-chairs the Environmental Litigation practice. He has litigated CERCLA and environmental matters from coast to coast. In addition, Troy is the chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. He is passionate about serving the needs of those individuals who are desperate for legal aid.

Prosecuted a case against crop insurer and broker, resulting in $4 million award for the client.Successfully prosecuted a multimillion insurance coverage dispute in which the client received defense costs and indemnification.Successfully prosecuted insurance groundwater litigation claim against AIG in which the client received defense costs and indemnification.Successfully prevailed on a large indemnity claim involving a multiple-fatality transportation claim.
