Seth’s broad-based civil litigation practice includes complex civil ligatiion, commercial and real property litigation, busines litigation and creditor/debtor rights litigation. Seth also represents both individuals and contractors in various types of construction litigation, including construction defects. In addition, Seth has extensive experience in representing homeowers in disputes with their homeowners or condominium owners association.

Seth graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2007. During law school, Seth was a member of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Criminology, with honors, from the University of Florida in 2003.

Seth began his legal career with the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig in its Orlando, Florida office handling business and commercial litigation matters throughout Central and South Florida in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Daniel W. Uhlfelder, P.A., Seth practiced with Clark Partington and Ward & Ketchersid, representing a wide variety of national, regional and local financial insitutions and invidiuals.

In his spare time, Seth plays the guitar and banjo and performs regurarly with various local musicians.
