Beth Gilchrist is an associate attorney at Hill & Watchko. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate matters, guardianships and conservatorships, estate and trust administration and small business entity formation. Ms. Gilchrist has a passion for assisting clients in these often delicate matters.

A native of Cobb County, Georgia, Ms. Gilchrist earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in the top 14% of her class. While in school, Ms. Gilchrist was a Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review. During law school, Ms. Gilchrist served as an intern for United States District Judge Randal Hall in the Southern District of Georgia in Macon, Georgia and for Superior Court Chief Judge Tilman E. Self III in the Macon District in Macon, Georgia. In addition to her involvement with the school and community, Ms. Gilchrist received the Nancy Grace Merit Scholarship.

Ms. Gilchrist earned a B.A. in English from the University of Georgia, and she received minors in Spanish and Religion. While in college, she was a member of Kappa Delta and Delta Iota Epsilon Honor Society.

Beth has helped rural clients receive pro bono estate planning services through the Georgia Appleseed program and volunteers in Atlanta through the Junior League of Atlanta.
