Joshua is a 2003 graduate of Syracuse University, where he received a Bachelors in Science (B.S.) from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. In 2008, Joshua received his Juris Doctor (J.D) from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2008, the New York Bar in 2008, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Vincent S. Haneman American Inn of Court.

While attending law school, Joshua completed an internship with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in Newark, New Jersey and was a Senior Editor of the Rutgers Law Record. Since graduating from law school, Joshua has appeared in court in 12 New Jersey counties as well as several counties in the State of New York. Joshua has also served as the interim attorney for the City of Hoboken Alcohol Beverage Control Board and Rent Leveling Board. He has experience in claims involving, personal injury, automobile accidents, construction defects, condominium associations, premises liability, municipal government, and complex commercial disputes.
