| Description | Michael Glenn was admitted to the California Bar in November, 1979. He is a Phi Beta Kappa alumnus of the University of Southern California, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration in 1976. His 1979 law degree is also from USC, where, among other things, he served as Executive Managing Editor of the Southern California Law Review. Mr. Glenn’s practice focus is litigation. The emphasis is on business-related litigation, for both plaintiffs and defendants, in the areas of banking, securities fraud, bankruptcy, corporate governance, and family law. Reported cases involving Mr. Glenn include Donovan v. Dan Murphy Foundation, 204 Cal. App. 4th 1500 (2010), Campbell v. Lauigan, 202 Cal. App. 3d 651 (1988), and Veltex Corp. v. Matin, 2010 WL 3834045. For more than two decades, Mr. Glenn has served as a Temporary Judge with the Los Angeles County Superior Court. A California native, Mr. Glenn’s interests outside of the practice of law have included service on the Board of Directors of a major non-profit Los Angeles entertainment entity, and the publication of a number of sports-related historical research projects. |
