Ms. Goldfarb was initially hired to oversee litigation of 2 major cases and subsequently earned promotion to senior leadership position with a Los Angeles based high-end residential construction company with 70 employees and annual revenues of $25M-$40M. She held full responsibility for corporate formalities encompassing compliance, finances/budgeting, HR operations, insurance, licensure, and city taxes.

In 2014, she founded her own law practice supplying legal expertise as General Counsel for a client list of at least ten small businesses. As General Counsel, she provides assistance with corporate governance, insurance coverage, financial management and auditing, HR policies and procedures, and tax matters, drafting contracts and other legal agreements. This often expands to conducting negotiations with clients, vendors, banking institutions, and the IRS. Ms. Goldfarb has the rare qualities of steadfast diligence and intelligence combined with a keen passion and empathy for others. Ms. Goldfarb is also very adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and knows how to raise money and manage a budget.
