Greg Hajdu-Nemeth received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in 2001, graduating with honors. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall School of Law in 2005. That same year, he was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey.

From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Hajdu-Nemeth handled all facets of Family and Matrimonial Law, Commercial Litigation, Municipal Court Defense, as well as Appellate practice. In 2008, he established Greg Hajdu-Nemeth, P.A., where he continued to provide legal services in these practice areas but primarily focused on Family and Matrimonial Law.

Mr. Hajdu-Nemeth has substantial experience with nearly all facets of family law throughout his career including child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and equitable distribution. Mr. Hajdu-Nemeth is a Court approved Mediator and has also provided mediation services to his clients who have chosen to resolve their family and matrimonial issues without the need for costly and protracted litigation.

Mr. Hajdu-Nemeth speaks Hungarian fluently and has a working knowledge of French. He volunteers his time at numerous American Hungarian organizations and is a member of the Middlesex Bar Association as well as the St. Joseph’s Attorney Alumni Association.
