| Description | Joseph "Jody" M. Hendry II is a third generation Floridian. Jody was born and has spent most of his life in Hendry County. He graduated from Florida State University in 1980 with a B.A. in Management and came home to Clewiston to work in his family’s cattle ranch operation.
In 1986, the desire to more fully understand the complex nature of contract and regulatory laws regarding land ownership led him to pursue a law degree from Stetson University. He graduated from Stetson Law School in 1989. In 1991 Jody founded his own firm in Hendry County. His empathy for his fellow man and his belief that every person deserves zealous representation demonstrates his passion for his clients. Jody recently opened an office in Lake Placid, Florida. His family has owned a home on Lake June since 1961 and he has many fond memories of the area. His office in Lake Placid will be much like the Clewiston office in that he is a true small town attorney handling a variety of issues. |
