Description Kelly Herczeg is a 2011 graduate of Binghamton University. She graduated with high honors with a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Law. Kelly graduated magna cum laude in 2016 from Albany Law School where she received her J.D. She was an editor on Albany Law Review, is a member of Albany Law School’s Justinian Society, and graduated in the top 9% of her class. During law school, she pursued multiple employment and internship opportunities at the New York State Bar Association, SUNY General Counsel’s Office, the Northern District of New York U.S. Attorney’s Office, and our own law firm Thorn Gershon Tymann & Bonanni.

Upon graduation from law school, Kelly joined our law firm full time and is currently concentrating her practice in civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice defense and personal injury defense.
