| Description | Jason D. Herring is a sixth generation lifelong resident of Lee County, with a commitment to his family, community and legal profession. Jason is married to Angelia, and they have three children (Bethanne, Laiken and Jack Barton). Jason and his family are active members at Saltillo First United Methodist Church. Jason is an avid outdoorsman and his hobbies include hunting with family and friends, golf and boating.Jason obtained his law degree from the University of Mississippi and immediately opened his own practice, focusing on litigation. He has been a trial lawyer his entire career. He is passionate about all aspects of trial practice, with extensive knowledge of the rules of evidence, as well as criminal and civil procedure.
