Ryan C. Holsten is a native Nebraskan and a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney and the University of Nebraska College of Law. Mr. Holsten is a principal with Atwood, Holsten, Brown, Deaver & Spier Law Firm, P.C., L.L.O. and has over 19 years’ experience litigating workers’ compensation claims, representing insurance companies, employers and employees. While primarily active in the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court, Mr. Holsten has also been successful at the appellate level in the Nebraska Court of Appeals and Nebraska Supreme Court.
